  : I loved where it was situated. The staff were very kind and very helpful The staff were very kind which was lovely as I was travelling alone with friend nearby. I absolutely loved the food great choice and such lovely healthy food
  : I missed having the pool attached to the hotel however it wasnt an issue as the beach was so near and I swam there daily

  : Proximity to the beach and general location on Soller. Friendliness of staff.
  : Air conditioning only worked for 1 day out of our visit. We asked staff about this and they said that the whole building either is set to heat or cool, and that because outside temperatures were lower, that the whole building was therefore set to heat. Bearing it mind it was around 18-20C in the day, this made nights very hot. For the money you spend, I would have thought that we could at least set air conditioning in our room. We were not offered a solution for this, or compensation.The staff advised that we keep a window open at night but we didn't have a window in the room - just a french door that led to a balcony. I felt very uncomfortable at the idea of leaving the French door open all night, with a toddler in our room too.

  : Pictures on booking.com are not like the actual hotel. It is much smaller. I would recommend upgrading to a balcony room or suite

  : The lady at the reception the first night was very kind and helpful. Also breakfasts are great. Its also in a good location right next to the beach.
  : Its not worth its price. I paid 150 for 1 person for 1 night. And for that price I would expect something more. I got a room right next to the staircase. It was very noisy and I could hear all the noises from the staircase and from the reception. Also from the room next door as the walls are very thin, like paper-made. Avoid room number 2108!What's more, the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny, I could barely move there.There is no wardrobe just hangers over the ....kettle (like in the picture below). And when I wanted to use the blanket, I couldnt because it was packed in a plastic bag all covered with dust.
