  : No part of it did I like. They tried to make me pay again for the room at check-in and after arguing with them that I had already paid which I saw this on their monitor I proved it to them with my confirmation email then they insisted that I pay a $50.00 deposit which I greatly refused. The next morning could not get out of the complex due to closed gates and nobody on duty at the front desk. After getting the gate open I dropped my keys at the key drop box and will never again set foot on that location. Completely ruined the mood of the trip from the very start. Never again!

  : "Hallway" from front desk to restaurant narrow and cluttered with storage items. Please provide at least hand broom and dustpan in rooms for guest to sweep up sand they track into space (floor got gritty and I 'borrowed' broom from maid 1 day).

  : It's a quiet & and laid-back place that is located not very far from the beach front and has a convenience store right next door, and the Anahauc wildlife refuge is located a short distance to the north. The staff was pleasant to speak with.
  : The beds were a lot firmer than I was accustomed to, and the TV service signal was marginal at best. If relaxing and catching a movie or a TV show is your thing you should know that there was nothing definite about the ability to watch TV because you may not be able to at all, or it may stop receiving a signal in the middle of your show or movie. Also, the remote functions were not written in english. Also, the pool was not very clean.
