  : The beach was nice.
  : Get rid of the nasty carpet! If you say in the prop welcome that you supply a starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper etc then make sure it’s there! We had no dish washer soap, paper products or laundry pods!

Disappointing

  : Beds were comfortable, covered parking
  : AC could not cool down the living area, kitchen and nook because there is only one vent to cool that whole area making it very warm and unbearable. Parts of beach access was under standing water so did not use. Dryer vents were packed with lots of lent and sand from previous users. Floors, kitchen chairs, counters, tables were not thoroughly cleaned. Pool was small.

  : Location was good, walk to beach access. Really nice deck/patio to sit outside overlooking the pool. The pool/hot tub was ok, my kids enjoyed the common room with pool table and ping pong.
  : Photos are old, apartment looks much more tired now. Cleaning staff didn’t do a very good job. I had to wash all the silverware upon arrival, it had food and stains on it. Dust bunnies under bed. Stains on bedding. Carpet needs torn out. Bathrooms very musty smelling. Just not up to the standard I was hoping for the price. The complex needs some revamping too.
