  : The property is within walking distance of the beach.
  : We chose this location by price and pictures. Yet we were very disappointed to find aged appliances and a lack of upgrades. No dishwasher for example. Most of all however the final price was outrageously high. The base price seemed competitive yet the add-in’s amount to price gauging with fees and charges other units not tack on. Specifically we were charged 13% tax, 18% service charge, $8.86 per night tourism fee, 9% destination fee and 113.50 for cleaning. Tax, tourism fee and even cleaning would be expected yet service charge and destination fee seem unwarranted and excessive. I would not deal with Vacasa again.
