A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A TV is not included in the rate. It can be added at an extra cost of EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week.

An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry and daily house-keeping.

Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies.

Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change.

Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available.

Pets cost EUR 42 per stay upon request. WiFi is available in the accommodation for EUR 16 per week.

Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site.

Upon arrival, a EUR 260 deposit will be requested.

There will be either an imprint made on the guest's credit card or guests may also choose to leave a cheque.
