  : 2 small patio's available for the apartment, air conditioneer available in 1 room (though not in the sleeping room)
  : Apartment looks much better on photoes, vs reality: non-modern style of 80s, old furniture, crappy oven which is not easy to use, noisy (very noisy!) fridge. My friend was planning to stay with me 2 nights and couldnt sleep on the couch as it was brocken. Sleeping room is facing quite a busy road - very noisy and there is almost no noise protection as windows are old. Worst thing was to come to apartment one day and find the cleaning lady there without any notice that she will come. She told that the owner asked her to come. It's not safe and secured from this side. There were some insects in the apartment: ants in the kitchen, scorpions.
