  : We rented a deluxe and we got a shoebox. Upon complaining, we were told that we should be happy with what we get and that we're lucky. We have stayed in various locations in the High Tatras over the past few years, this was not our first stay but the young man who reminded us how lucky we are probably thought this was our first ever time there. We liked the Salas restaurant nearby, we hated the accommodation. We booked two nights and we left after the first night.
  : The chalet was awful, freezing cold downstairs, hot as a Finnish sauna upstairs with no ability to control the temperature. It wasn't deluxe as we booked, the pictures didn't match at all. We were told the pictures were random, even though the pictures for deluxe look deluxe, and what we got certainly wasn't deluxe. Being told we should be happy with what we have despite this, was the cherry on top. Avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff, horrible chalets and you won't get what you paid for. The rat poo on the dinner plates in the kitchen was also disgusting and proof that nobody ever cleans there.

  : Nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant with pricewert food. Good atmosphere in the resort. Playground for the children.
  : The house wasnt perfectly clean. We didnt have the terrace we were expected for, only outdoor furnitures but on rainy days there is no possibility to use them. In these kind of resorts, mosquito net would be a must on the windows.

  : excellent place for children, helping staff, good location, there is a restaurant in the site - very good one, the breakfast is in that resturant and i is very good breakfast but need to order day before otherwise ypu want be able to eat there.
  : we had a broblem with the hot water but they took care of it the day after
