  : Having to pay extra for entertainment passes. Not just a small cost but stupidly expensive for not much entertainment.Food places never available for online ordering or delivery.

  : My partners 6 foot and found Bed small and uncomfortable , couldnt get comfy on the sofas. No bin liner in bin, unfortunately we hadnt realised we had to take own towels and bedding so that cost us an expensive trip to Asda. We was told we could ring a number and they would hire it to us but it was all just hassle. Not ideal when travelling around as we was. Only ideal if you book in advance and pack half your house. Couldnt access on-site facilities as again you paid for that separately which we hadnt realised

  : Overpriced. TV worked sometimes not always. Needed cleaning behind the cushions when I happened to move them . Needs an upgrade considring the price paid. Reception staff not interested as booked through booking.com. no help about local am.enities.wish id stayed elsewhere

  : The property was in good order.
  : Cleaning could have been better. We had to wash most of the dishes before we could use them. We paid 60 for linen for five people and were supplied with bed linen and a small towel each - no hand towels, face cloths or tea towels. When I messaged the owners about this their response was inadequate; no attempt was made to address the situation.

  : The photo shown is not the property that is the one opposite Shower was dirty, walls had marks all down it, screen was filthy with water marks. Door kept getting stuck opening and closing and very difficult to use.Reception on tv goes off, tv in bedroom was not working.Very basic cleaning supplies which was 1/4 full and half a roll of toilet roll in each toilet which could have been refilled or replaced. Space was very small in double room and partner kept bumping head on tv mounted to wall.Property was very cold even with the heating on and in one bedroom heating doesn't come on at all.No blind in the shower/toilet window and kichen door so no privacy when it gets darkBlind in kichen end is filthy and parts of the fixings is broken.By counter near kitchen and centre table.Sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and needs a clean.First photo and some others are nothing like when you arrive.Mould in the main bedroom and was a weired smell. Carpet was dirty.No frying pan.No plugs in toilet sinks.Lack of direct communication with owners to ask questions about the property and what number it is or would never have booked it due to steep hill to and from to get to it, also having no direct contact to solve other problems that occurred during our stay.This was ment to be a relaxing stay in weekend away from the family but should have stayed at home.Didn't take any photos and I wish I had This was very misleading by reviews and the way it is advertised with photos.
