  : The location once we found it was amazing. The house was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable everything we needed Was there.the only downsideOn walking around the property through the day and night especially night every single floor board creaked wasnt just a little critical now and again every step we took we could hear and if you got up in the middle of the night it sounded even louder, unfortunately I am a light sleeper .The three people I took with me all are special needs one terminal it totally interfered with our sleep.I would be really surprised if youve not had this brought to your attention by previous holidaymakers it was the only downside to our holiday

  : easy to get into town walking distance, welcome basket good, quey holidays resolved some issues - carpet cleaning next couple of days after arrival, and provided us plug in air freshers straight away when we went into office to complain the next day, and gave us money back next day as we had to buy air fresheners straight away on night of arrival, as house smelt of wet dogs. provided us with extension leads when we went into office, as lack of plugs in house. quey holidays excellent company - definitely use again
  : banged my head on the towel rail, which ended up in bruise as this is located above the toilet. outside bin over flowing and attracted flies outside house - however reported & qeuy holidays sorting out house located on extremely busy busy round-a-bout, traffic all day & night, back bedroom & bathroom, garden overlooks this round-a-bout. cars & motorbikes revving all day/ night - hardly got any sleep, cant sit outside as fumes from traffic was so much and couldn't leave open back door as noise way too loud ! garden so small, dog couldn't run in it, tiny area. i really can't express how much traffic noise there was and so much fumes, , if we knew the house backed onto one of the main round-a-bouts in Poole, we would have booked somewhere else through quey holidays. would not stay here again, and dont recommend for quite break car parking bad, scratched all of the side of my car on the rusted metal post that you get provided to put your car in. such a major tight squeeze to get in/ out the car as cars parked very tightly in next to each other. its really packed in! its a nightmare you need to put your wing mirrors in even to get into the tight space. not suitable for disabled people ! can hardly open the door once in space. warning dont park in this designated space, park in the pink areas of visitors, although, very difficult to find a space if you go out in your car and come back most spaces have gone, some residents have written numbers on these pink areas so you cant use them. some pinks areas are impossible to park as the pink bricks have lifted where the tree trunks have moved the bricks so be careful as not to damage car. i learnt the hard way, & its going to cost over 100 to get the scratches out the car bumper ! - impossible to park in dark in the parking space - no lights & no reflective strips on the rusted metal posts. - did complain but unfortunately they could not do anything.
