  : Room needs updatingRoom was a bit dated and lacked the feel of the restaurant although it was clean.Bed a bit on the hard side but then that's probably personal preference.Not sure would stay here again unless rooms updated

  : Location. Pictures around the hotel. Menu but only had breakfast which was lovely..would have been nice to try dinner.
  : The room was small but bed comfy. Radiators full of dust. Netting at window not long enough. No main bedroom light. Needs a lick of paint and updating for the cost of the room.Even had to pay for your breakfast coffee?

  : The location was convenient for Canford Cliffs which has a lovely beach. Ok for an overnight stay. The restaurant for dinner, booked super at Ely.
  : The room was quite small and the bed was made without a bottom sheet, it only had the mattress protector. By the time we found out there were no staff on duty. Breakfast is charged separately so we decided to find a local cafe instead. The decor was tired and the shower door needed a good scrub as the seal at the bottom was grubby. The plumbing was really noisy, if a tap was run in the next door room or in the kitchen the noise of running water was very loud. The kitchen was underneath our room, so noise from the kitchen was also an issue.

  : I would not recommend staying at this hotel . The room was very small , it was above the restaurant and very noisy . House keeping poor we had to make our own bed and at £95 a night I thought this unacceptable. All so our room over looked a building site ( work started at 8am ) the restaurant aircon and the very small car park.

  : A little disappointed to be advised that £95 daily rate did not include breakfast. Parking a problem at lunch and dinner times and maybe spaces should be reserved for residents.
