  : Liked the fact it was located in the countryside away from hustle and bustle. The suite (no.18) allocated was in the newst part of the hotel ( opened in April 2016) and is the quietest part of the hotel as events and weddings are held in the Main complex. There is plenty of free patking and also has 4 Blue Badge Holders Bays. Attched to the hotel is The Jacobean Bar , which serves breakfast lunch and dinneretc. for guests and members of the public. Most of the staff are friendly and engaged in conversations. I had paid for a Superior King Room on a room only basis. The place was kept clean and the grounds were well maintained.Ac and radiator heating system are good for all weather. There was a portable Fire Extinguisher by the side of the front door.
  : There were also things I did not like which include: (a) lack of wall sockets and the existing ones appeared loose and plugs would not stay in place and kept falling off(b) the free standing bath is not ergonomically designed, although it looked good at first glance. One youre in the bath , youd slide all the way down and go under the water . No where to rest lyour head or arms, to enjoy a relaxing bath. My wife used it first time and would not use it again for the duration of our stay.(c) Guest or not, Hybrid PHEV vehicle or full electric vehicle , you are charged 10.00 every time you use the EV Charging point. It is a well known fact a Hybrid electric vehicle which has smaller battery capacity takes only just over 3 hours to charge compared to afull EV . So it is a disadvantage to use the chager for a Hybrid vehicle. Guests must be aware of this catch. Not surprised that no one was using it. (d) Wifi signal is very poor, hence could not use devices effectively. Even the TV kept freezing.(e) had to buy my own toilet paper as the hotel uses the worst toilet paper which to me was like sandpaper. There are other issues also , like a shortage of shelves in the bathroom, lack of a mirror above the dressing table near the toilet and a Health &Safety concern regarding the Low Beam overhead above the dressing table on which I bumped my head several times. Anyone taller than me will come off worse.(F) very disappointed in the customer care , considering what it cost me to stay there.

  : Room was lovely and the bathroom was very well designed. Breakfast was great although it was extra cost.
  : Radiator gurgled all night. Soap dispenser was empty.
