  : We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful and hugely appreciated after a long day of travelling (pregnant and have a toddler). The suite was STUNNING.
  : There were three coach loads of people staying in the hotel on the same night. We had to queue for 45 minutes to check in (staff were not attentive enough to fast track us past the coach queue). Breakfast was chaotic and dangerous with no tables available and too many people in the dining room. Someone fell and hit their head in front of my toddler which was distressing. Coach tour breakfast times should have been staggered to ensure guest wellbeing and safety.

  : The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The spa facilities are pampering. The breakfast is good, and the hotel staff is very kind and helpful.
  : Those who want to sleep well at night should look for another hotel. The rooms of this hotel face a garden, and at 5:30 AM the garden filled with flocks of birds screeching and creating a horrifying noise. This means that at 5:30 AM you wake up to the screeching of birds. Like sleeping in a jungle Later we were moved to another room, but it was no better, because it faces the courtyards of private houses where different types of poultry (probably geese or peacocks) are raised, which also create a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. In addition, the hotel is very bad at making its guests feel welcome. They charge money for every little thing, even a capsule of coffee. It's just shameful. They also charge 9 euros per day for parking, even though there is plenty of free space in the parking lot. Please note that there are many free parking spaces in the streets near the hotel, so you do not have to use the hotel's parking lot and pay for it

  : Room was big enough and nice. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. SPA facilities were not that great but good enough and not too many people used them, which was a plus. Very nice staff and a birthday surprise was a little bonus. Location - very close to the centre and the airport.
  : Breakfast- practically the same food everyday, not good for a longer stay. When some of ingredients were out, they did not bring more even if it was still quite early. Definitely could be much better!
