  : The spa is perfect, the staff at the restaurant. The play kids was really nice. I suggest to call before booking if all the pools will be opened during your stay. They closed one pool in the middle.
  : The reception manager(Nina) was very rude at us, the bed was not comfortable.

  : To be honest we are really disappointed and nothing we like with the service and cleanest of this 5 star hotel.
  : We suspect there were bed bugs in the room as his leg appears to have been bitten by bed bugs after first night of stay and we asked for room change the next day, the receptionist was not really helpful and polite. It was supposed to be a simple room swap process and it turns out to be nightmare that we had to go up and down to the room and back and forth to the reception for a room swap.

  : breakfast was good no complaints - no preference
  : I was supposed to have a single bed, but I received two small separate beds, which was quite inconvenient. This wasn't what I had booked and paid for. When I brought this up with the staff, they didn't seem to care and simply said it was okay for me to use them. Is this really a 5-star hotel? Even 2-star hotels offer better facilities and customer service. Additionally, in the bathroom, the shower glass didn't close properly, causing water to splash out every time I showered, making it necessary for me to clean the bathroom. I didn't come here to do the cleaning. Moreover, most of my stay was during a hot day, and the air conditioning wasn't working. When I asked the staff to turn it on, they claimed it wouldn't work because they didn't have any air conditioning. I've never experienced such poor customer service and facilities. They later offered me 18-19 euros as compensation for the inconvenience, which I find quite shameful. If I had a similar issue at a 1-2 star hotel, it would make more sense, and they might even offer a complimentary week later. I doubt I'll return to this hotel or recommend it to others.

  : Room was very nice and a good siz,e. Spa facilities were excellent. Reception staff were friendly this time.
  : Unfortunately the 'hot' food at dinner was mostly cold and it was the same at breakfast. The staff in the dining room could be more attentive and friendly.
