: The location was ideal, close to the centre and the beach. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious and practical. There was lots of storage space for food (albeit cooking was an issue.)
: As someone who values accessibility and a hassle-free holiday, I was drawn to the Golden Sea View Apartments for their advertised amenities, including an on-site pool, self-catering facilities, and internet access. The presence of a lift was also crucial due to mobility issues, and I had work commitments requiring a reliable internet connection. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations, with several issues: 1. **Lack of Internet**: Despite the promise of internet access, there was no connectivity during my stay, causing significant inconvenience. 2. **Inadequate Kitchen Equipment**: The kitchen lacked essential cookware, making self-catering difficult. 3. **Misleading Sea View**: The sea view was only visible by leaning over the balcony. 4. **Damaged Fridge**: The fridge had a broken door hinge. 5. **Missing Amenities**: Several promised amenities were missing, including a kettle, coat hangers, fly nets on the balcony door, and extra bedding. The noisy air conditioning system disrupted sleep. 6. **Safety Concerns**: There was a hanging electric socket near our resting area, and the TV screen was damaged. 7. **Hygiene Issues**: The kitchen lacked a tea towel, and the provided cups were dirty. Additionally, there were no signs or information about emergency exits or fire evacuation procedures. 8. **Inadequate Bathroom Supplies**: The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, and the washing-up liquid was excessively diluted. The top-floor terrace, part of our booking, had issues such as a non-functional TV, no internet access, a non-operational shower, and dirty tables and chairs. When I reported these issues to the host, the response was unhelpful and blunt!
