  : Only option for breakfast Sunday am was a very pricey brunch or boxes of cereal & little cartons of milk or juice (pop tarts, etc) from their little lobby quickie mart. Would have been really nice to have some option for fresh food before heading out for the day.

  : Totally Blunt & Unprofessional Receptionist ... Wrong person hired ! Shame on Hilton !After a very long drive, my family and I finally arrived at the hotel location at 3pm, but we waited to check in at 4:15pm (4pm being the official check-in time which is already 1 hr later than many other hotels). Without giving an apology, Receptionist Mai just bluntly told me that she had no room ready and there were 17 people ahead of me waiting in line for rooms. When I asked how long I had to wait, she could not tell. That put me in an awkward position with my travel plan. When I expressed that that was never the kind of Hilton experience I had, she suggested that I just canceled my booking. There was no reason to cancel my booking as that was the hotel's fault not to have a room ready past official check-in time. Besides, my room was fully prepaid to booking.com with documentation. I asked for an apology, but she only responded that she has not received any payment and went further to say with a strict face that she was refusing service to me. She told me to stay somewhere else and ended the conversation with a sarcastic " Have a good day !" Totally unbelievable and unacceptable ! Obviously, someone somehow was a wrong match to the hospitality industry.

  : Asked house keepers for clean towels she said she would be back with them. As she had no more. She never came back. Asked another housekeeper on our way out for the day and she said she would leave them in the room when we came back to our room no sight of any towels. Basically never got them.

  : New looking building with restaurants. Unfortunately they were closed when I arrived after 9pm.
  : My room 214 was just above the drive through, so no view. That was ok, but I heard loud heavy walking and movement from the floor above until midnight and it started again early the next morning, disturbing my sleep. I am very disappointed with this Double Tree by Hilton, which is great in other locations. As I was only there one night, I just let it go thinking it would stop if they were just load guests. It may have been a work or staff area above me.
