Wonderful Villa Rafals with Exclusive Location

  : The location is beautiful and very private. The villa is very spacious, which was perfect for our family reunion and the kitchen is generally adequately appointed. There is lots of seating space/areas outdoors and indoors.The decoration is quirky and interesting. The property agent is very responsive and friendly.There is a lot to do a short drive away, we loved the location and had a great time there.
  : The villa didnt feel clean, the villa is very big so I appreciate that it isnt easy to maintain. The towels looked like they had been bought in the 80s.Not sure if this was because of Covid but the minimum items were left at the property in terms of kitchen supplies. I often rent houses and usually, items such as cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, bin liner etc is available. We had to stock up on arrival which seems like such a waste for the environment.Some of the bathroom showers did not drain.The upstairs doors did not close (or were loud to close). I was expecting a mid week towel change, this did not happen.The swimming pool water did not seem clean, this got checked half way through our stay and was better after but it seemed like the filtering system was not working throughout the day (only in the evenings). When we notified the issue, the owner was very helpful and responsive to address it, never the less, it was disappointing that the pool wasnt clean in the first place.
