: Highlights of our stay at the villa: the house is very spacious for a family of 6, the entertainment amenities to have fun at the house are nice, the pool was very clean, and the people managing the property very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the area around Pollensa and all it has to offer in terms of cycling, activities for kids (beach, kayaking) and restaurants. Also the location of the villa made it easy to get to other destinations such as Palma or Porto Cristo.
: We visited end of June when the temperatures were above 30*C. There is AC in the bedrooms which is nice and quiet, but we struggled to keep the rest of the house ventilated and cool enough. Meanwhile we also had a hard time keeping out the mosquitos and other insects. Another thing to point out is the narrow road to reach to the house by car. There are many single lane side roads in Mallorca meant to be used in both directions. Even the road from Pollensa is very narrow and two cars sometimes struggle to pass each other.

: really beautiful house, secluded & peaceful location, very spacious with good spec & stunning view....the pool is wonderful too.
: mosquitos! not the fault of the property though, but be aware they were really, really bad! also the track up to the property isn't well maintained / is very rustic. it's a fair distance outside Pollenca too & really needs a car.

: Gorgeous, secluded setting in the mountains. Very charming finca surrounded by olive groves. Yet only minutes from town.We enjoyed the pool, exploring Alcudia's magical old town and visits to the Port de Pollenca. We stocked up on delicious fruit, olives and cured meat and cheese at Pollenca market.Agency were very helpful when arrived late and had no internet to download the access information.
: A few more welcome items would be helpful, especially off a late flight. Eg. Milk, tea, coffee and breakfast items.An information book would be useful.As a mother, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms would be reassuring.A fence around the pool would be great for parental peace of mind. We made it work though.
