  : Its locality to shops, beach and restaurants is excellent . The villa is very comfortable and beds are also comfortable , which is always a bonus! We spent most of our time outside, even on a very wet rainy day we had . It was the first time I had made a booking for a villa with booking. com but Laura , the owner, was very good with information and easily contacted. Damage deposit was returned promptly too.
  : Something that we appreciate is beyond your control but a neighbours dog/ dogs that barked incessantly . Only resolved by wearing earphones Pool heating would also help

  : Location great. Plenty of space. Nice pool area. Friendly host.
  : Everything worked but the property fittings were quite dated. Bathrooms a bit cramped especially for showering. Beds were foam mattresses with polyester sheets. Towels clean but very old. Could be easily improved. Somewhat musty smell in parts of the house.

  : Perfect location within easy walk of all amenties.Spacious grounds and inside the building. 2 of our group hired bikes and even space to securely lock these up inside. We all enjoyed the pool.
  : Nit picking, but would have appreciated a few bin liners and toilet rolls ready to use for when you first arrive.

  : The property, garden and pool area are spacious and well maintained with plenty of secure parking, we used the villa as a base for cycling and there is ample safe storage for bicycles with great routes, cycle hire infrastructure and local supermarket easily accessible from the villa. The free wifi is stable and fast and the large outside seating & BBQ area make for a great social setting in the evenings. The communication from the host regarding the property was excellent.
  : We were the first occupants of the season and the villa had obviously been painted internally prior to our arrival, this meant that the property looked fabulous but the bedrooms did smell strongly of paint for a few days until the it had been opened up and aired, also as a result of being the first guests there were none of the leftover basic store cupboard ingredients that you normally find in a villa such as salt, pepper etc, this made our first shop a little more expensive than expected. These are observations more than criticisms. The only real area of improvement from our point of view would be slightly higher quality bedding, the pillows were very thin and the sheets felt low quality, as we were early in the season the provided sheets and blanket were not enough to keep some of our group warm on cooler nights.
