: Lovely outside space, Spacious pool. The jacuzzi was a bonus as well..lovely at night time. Plenty of room inside also with a Spanish feel. Air con in the bedrooms were brilliant so there's somewhere to hide from the heat . Electric security gates to the entrance made it feel safe. Quiet area so not much noise other than the cockerels in the morning.
: Problem with downstairs toilet so plumber had to be called after emailing address given. (Someone came within an hour). Changed a part but it still wasn't fixed as it kept overflowing from the cistern. I emailed the address again (company that runs the villa) and no one got back to me so we were one toilet down for the holiday.

: The size and location of the villa were good, although a couple of miles closer to facilities would have been better for us.
: Good size, nice gardens, pool and jacuzzi, outside eating and chilling areas. Efficient air con in the bedrooms.

: the out door space was nice,
: inside was very dated, only 1 shower out of 3 worked the other 2 trickled cold water if any water at all, which isnt good for 8 people, the water out of the taps ran with rust from inside if they ran at all, we contacted the owner via his mum when she can to feed the chicken hens ducks and cats (which we was unaware was on the land and made constant noise all day every day from 5am) he came and replaced 1 tap and 1 shower head from the upstairs bathroom, he also removed the shower door that was hanging off and was dangerous to the kids, we made contact about the water and jacuzzi not working (jacuzzi got fixed same day along with it been cleaned the day after as it looked like mucky pond water) the inside water was never resolved, location was in the middle of know where, this should come with a car hire recommendations as we spent over 600 in taxis over 10 night stay, we also was removing 3-4 cockroaches each morning, all beds are terribly hard, door handles kept falling off from the living room side door and the kitchen door, there is also a bee hive starting under one of the chair loungers
