  : The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We were lucky with our room as it was in a quiet location overlooking the small swimming pool.
  : The door to our bathroom was damaged at the bottom, so it looked a bit shabby. The towels provided in the bathroom had seen better days. The little kitchenette could have been better equipped.

  : The pool was quiet and always plenty of sun loungers. a very short walk to the beach. bars and restaurants near by, great location
  : poor utilities in the apartment such as, no kettle, blunt knife, looked a bit tired in places

  : the location is really great. We are also delighted that our room was on the ground floor, taking into account the presence of a baby stroller - it is very convenient. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a large terrace and a Jacuzzi on it. The children there were ready to swim all day.
  : We didn't find any disadvantages, we ate outside the hotel, so we can't leave nutrition recommendations.

  : The location is perfect. Near best beach in Mallorca. very close to port and shops. There was little kitchen but we did not use it because we had half board. Cleaning ladies were very nice. We could use pools in Alcudia Garden hotel.
  : We were there in September and restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very full, I can not imagine how it looks like during the season. Rooms are updated but bathroom was despite of open window damp. Staff in restaurant was not very nice.

  : We stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is impeccable, everything is nearby. We didn't pay for food, so we can't say anything about the kitchen, there are enough restaurants and cafes around where it's delicious. We were lucky we had an early check-in and receptionist given us the keys to the room earlier. So we were are very happy!
  : Perhaps only the fact that the cleaning was at lunchtime. Often we were not in the room at this time, but sometimes I wanted to take a break from the heat and had to give up cleaning. It's not always convenient, it's more convenient in the morning. But I think other tourists may think otherwise...

Disappointing

  : Good location, everything is very close - the beach, shops, bus station, main promenade
  : The place needs renovation. The windows is hard to open/close, wall paints falling down, wardrobe door is cranky and hard to open, etc. The air conditioner is not working properly, only circulates the hot and humid air. We complained about it to the staff, it was said that this is how it works and they can offer additional fan in to room. You can sleepwith open window but have to share the room with lots of mosquitoes as well.We left one night earlier as it was not possible to sleep in this heat and humidity.
