  : location perfect, quiet but near a great beach and restaurants, shops etc. villa was very spacious (family of four) and lovely outdoor areas including large balcony. pool was cleaned every morning and was perfect for our needs.

  : Good location: very near to the sea (visible from the balcony) and there are a number of bars/restaurants nearby despite the resort being rather quiet. The property is one of eight around a communal pool. It is spacious, comfortable, fairly new and kept very clean. It has an excellent kitchen and the air-con is very efficient. The pool is just a few steps away and there is ample car parking nearby. Pep, the agent, was very, very helpful.
  : There is some Building work ongoing in Cala Sant Vicent and opposite the property there is a large crane which spoilt the view somewhat. Work stops during the peak season so it wasnt noisy but, therefore, it could take a while to complete! The downstairs rooms (bedrooms and bathroom) smelt a bit musty although there was no evidence of damp on the walls. The first few days we kept losing the WiFi and TV but the agent always responded quickly and sent a technician out each time: an external problem with fuses tripping apparently. The TV was of no use to us anyway as there are no British channels available. There are a lot of stairs both inside and externally, this wasnt a problem for us but it should be noted in the description.
