  : The pool area and pool itself were great, the pool was clean and there was a decent amount of seating. Glasses and crockery were plentiful and in good condition. The main bathroom shower was good and both bathrooms had bidets. There was a fridge outside too. The outside areas were nicely kept with lovely plants.The property was just at the top of the first of the Calvari steps so very central for everything in Pollensa.
  : The property was tired, there were rugs covering very loose tiles. There was a strong smell of damp in the kitchen from the cupboards under the sink. There was info about bins and rubbish but very few places to take it. Luckily we didnt generate very much as we ate out mostly.The washing machine didnt work properly, it didnt spin on any setting we tried.The wifi doesnt reach to the pool area.I wasnt impressed when I went to wash my cup one night to find a cockroach on the bench!! There was obviously a problem with them as my husband found a very large tin of bug killer in the cupboard which he liberally sprayed around. There were about a dozen casualties on the floor the next morning. Something really needs to be done to address this.This property could be fabulous with a bit of an update.

  : Location is metres from the Calvari steps. Internal courtyard is great and provides a nice outdoor eating space. Roof bedroom is vast but you need to use the air con to cool it down in the evening.

  : lovely property, excellent location, good facilities. outdoor kitchen with fridge near the pool.
  : lots of roaches in the downstairs kitchen, we used the outside kitchen so it didnt ruin our stay but this problem needs to be addressed. lots of stairs, again was ok for us as 3 adults but could be a problem for children / anyone with walking / stairs issues as they are quite steep so people just need to be aware.

  : The huge townhouse was in an excellent location right in the centre of Pollena. It was quirky and eclectic and we had an excellent experience living in a real loving Mallorcan home. The house was on many levels which added to the charm of the property, with a number of different gardens to explore and a fabulous swimming pool area with BBQ and dining facilities. Considering the location in the centre of town it was peaceful and very relaxing.
  : We found everything to our expectations and didnt encounter any real issues. The only tiny feedback I would give were some of the beds were a little small - length wise, but this didnt affect our sleeping. Also, a tip should you want to watch British TV, admittedly we were on holiday and hardly put the television on, but if you did want to watch something Id recommend you watch via the TV signal and not the satellite box. The TV signal had a great number of British speaking options.

  : Fabulous location. Pool and garden lovely, a real oasis in the centre of the Old Town. House well equipped, traditionally decorated
  : No aircon on the lounge, so a fan would be appreciated. New pillows are urgently needed. Those less able should be aware that the stairs inside the house are very steep.
