: Self catering so breakfast question not relevant.
: Loose Tile on patio (Trip hazard), doors to patio not working requiring unconventional method for opening/closing it, Toilet in small shower room not flushing. Large shower room, the shower sliding doors in poor condition meaning large amount of water across the floor whenever a group member took a shower. The boiler could only cope with one shower at a time (Low pressure?)The door handle/lock of this room also stuck on numerous occasions needing assistance by other group members outside the room. No signal for the TV. Following the storm, ingress of water in front bedroom (agent informed) also in Kitchen above the sink. 1 dining room chair falling apart. Only 2 wine glasses but strangely 12 brandy glasses. A serrated kitchen knife would have been a bonus.

: Great location and a wonderful old Majorcan property with original features. It suited our needs very well. Very close to well stocked spar shops, bars etc. Was very quiet at night.
: It was cold and felt a bit damp on arrival ( it was April), one of the bathrooms is very small and didnt really work that well. In the bigger bathroom the shower flooded so the floor seemed permanently wet. Host seemed a little impatient - ( perhaps as this is not his main job ) and told us not to leave the heating on for long. The key safe was tricky to open, as was the front door until you learned the knack Could have done with more normal sized mugs rather than the few extra large ones that were there.
