  : The apartment was spacious and bright. Location was very close to the promenade, beach and restaurants. And parking near the apartment was easy. The main balcony was spacious and had a nice view of the beach/ocean with morning and midday sun. On the west side there was a smaller balcony for afternoon and evening sun. It was a nice bonus that one could use the Cabot Hobby Club's pool facilities (possible another hotel's too). The staff we encountered at the sister hotels (Cabot Hobby Club and Cabot Romantic) were very pleasant and helpful. Big thanks. :)
  : The apartment was ICY cold upon arrival - I'm from Denmark, so I'm quite used to cold - but the floor tiles especially were very, very cold to walk on and staying in the apartment was decidedly unpleasant until the AC had run for almost a full day on max setting. A carpet runner for the hallway and a large carpet for the living room would have made a big difference when it came to icy toes. And would have added a bit of cosiness to the place. There were six beds but only three thick blankets - and no real duvets. So the first few nights were quite cold for those who didn't have the thick blankets. Beds were quite awful; some of the mattresses were worn so much that they were concave and very uncomfortable to sleep in. And the beds creaked loudly whenever you turned over in bed. Generally, the apartment felt quite outdated. Bathrooms, washing mashine, cabinets, beds, cupboards, etc. looked like the were from ca. 1980. Some doorhandles and fixtures were loose. No pictures or decoration on the walls, no carpets, etc. made the place feel quite sterile. :-/ The kitchen was lacking a bit in the utensils and basics department. No peeler, dishtowels, sponges or brush. Rudimentary items like salt, pepper, tea, tinfoil, washing powder would be nice to have upon arrival. A dishwasher would make a good addition to the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets weren't entirely clean.

  : Externally it didnt look great but internally was nice. A few basics would have been appreciated on arrival such as washing up liquid, cheese grater and a better selection of kitchen utensils.

  : not really a sea view one street back, view of sea through telephone lines down a street.No name or number on apartment, very hard to findno sunloungers on terrace as on website photo.

  : The apartment is close to the beach in a nice quiet area. It was easy to collect keys, and the hosts were helpful and responsive.Rooms are light and clean. Every 2-3 days there was a service cleaning the apartment and replacing used towels. there was a comfortable big table on the terrace.
  : There were only 2 coffee caps, even though the place is for 6 persons.it would be good to have more knifes, not only one for bread. No conditioner in one of the rooms.There were mosquitoes.it would be great to have curtains or umbrella on the terrace since its really hot and sunny there during a day.

  : If you like to live next to parking with a view to ugly desolated minigolf park than this is best apartment. Only good time we have was when we left apartment.
  : The flat was full of mosquitos, we found cockroaches once. The beds were terrible, creaking every time you moved when we looked under the matrices we see that it looks like they have been taken from some student dormitory after ten years of usage, with DIY repairs of cracked parts. So if you like to wake up every time you move you will enjoy this place a lot. We enjoy Spanish television sounds from neighbors till 1 am almost every night. The walls were like paper.
