  : The location was very good and it was a peaceful area and absolutely wonderful to have the pool. It was fun to have the equestrian centre beside us as a distraction for the baby, although it got a bit dusty, even though the arena was watered to limit that problem.
  : We were disappointed that apart from soap in the bathroom dispensers, there were not basic supplies such as pepper, sugar, cooking oil, washing up liquid or a few washing machine and dishwasher tablets for the machines. We would have liked to have known, because we would have most likely brought them with us, instead of having to buy it and then have the problem of either throwing it or giving it away. The air conditioning was timed and that is ridiculous because we couldn't always use it when we wanted. There were mosquitoes, so sitting outside made you a meal for them (sprays didn't always work) and it was too hot inside without the air con working. We were told that to have it running when we wanted, outside the timed hours, it would cost more. The baby with us needed it for her siestas, so we arranged with the owner that he override the system for her room, which was a relief and we were extremely grateful to him for this kindness and consideration.

  : The pool and outdoor areas were excellent. Having the table tennis and BBQ facility was an added bonus . Plenty of sun loungers . Dining table and chairs available however I think the table and chairs could be updated to something more comfortable. The sun umbrellas have certainly seen better days Roomy villa, great to have the extra bedrooms on another floor Not far to the centre of Puerto Pollensa , I would recommend car but it can be walked too but not if grocery shopping for the week !
  : Air conditioning - restricted times which did not allow a period early evening so unpleasant getting ready to go out. It is like this despite paying additional 70 euros for the facility. The owner however did agree to put on early in one room only as we had a baby sleeping Fridge - very dated and poor . Food went off despite being in date Mosquitos - like nothing seen before ! next to ranch which maybe exacerbating issue - prevention measures could be put in place ie plugs in, nets, as as a party we experienced into the hundreds despite using repellent etc Towels - only one poor set left for the week . No changes Sundries - I appreciate self catering, however there could be a supply of pegs etc available as well as inflatables etc for use as I am sure lots before us would of purchased , we certainly left some and I believe this approach helps the environment by everyone not having to purchase the same things

  : Really lovely villa. Good sized pool. Toys left for children to play with. Nice garden. Good cooking facilities and BBQ area. Quiet location but not far from town centre.
  : Mosquitos were a problem but not unique to this villa. Stables next door but we werent bothered by it.

  : Excellent villa in peaceful location. It was lovely to have our own pool and spacious outdoor area for sunbathing and BBQs. Perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends. Short walk (15-20 minutes) to the centre where there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again
  : Taxi drivers struggled to find the address ... one in particular refused to take us, another was extremely helpful and drove us around until we found it with the help of google maps!
