: Excellent apartment, great location just around the corner from the beach and 10 minute walk into restaurant areaPlenty of play areas etc for children Good size rooms and facilities
: Could have done with a few more basics - sugar, maybe one or two sachets of coffee but otherwise excellent

: Great location, spacious, clean and lovely decor. Good restaurants within walking distance and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
: There were a few minor things needing some attention - the iron wasnt working properly and was at the end of its life, the toaster didnt work and generally it could have done with some more basics in the kitchen area. The shower head in the en-suite bathroom didnt stay up on its own, and needed fixing. For the price I would have expected all of these things to have been in tip top condition.It would also be good to have a second set of keys as to leave the apartment you have to use the key to lock the door, and then leave the key in the key safe outside, so its hard to go in and out unless youre all together at the same time.

: Apartment was good but whole experience spoiled by Easy villas Mallorca .A warning - if things go wrong you do not have the same protection as with a uk based company. Many little things went wrong - shower head / door handles falling off , toaster not working ( I see those things not rectified for subsequent customers but main issue - we were without a freezer for a week. Tried to out in a compliant via email which to date has been ignored because of Spanish bureaucracy- couldnt fill in form sent as a PDF and didnt want to take a bus ride to Pollenca in the heat to hand it in. I tried to chase up my email complaint and received increasingly rude responses one stating and I quote You are lying to us . We told you at the office ,you said you preferred to enjoy your holidays .We asked you to come here so we could sts,p,amd sign the compliant . NO-ONE is ignoring you ,you just rejected to follow the steps we told you to follow Unbelievable..
