  : We recently stayed at this villa and wanted to share our experience. The villa is in a great location right by the sea, close to both Polis and Latsi. It's quiet and secluded, yet connected by a beach pathway. The villa is large, with everything you might need for a pleasant stay, including a nice pool. The owners and staff were very accommodating, helping us with a late checkout due to our evening flight. The check-in and check-out experience was excellent, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of local wine. The villa had a dishwasher and washing machine, which are very useful for a long stay. It also had a great view of the sea and was very spacious.
  : There were a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness needs work; the rooms and cupboards were dusty, and we had a mouse in the villa. The villa seemed a bit run down and in need of refreshing. For example, there were squeaky door knobs, broken pool items, and hanging cupboard doors, which gave the impression that not much care was taken. The kitchen was not well-stocked with utensils and dishes. We cooked our own meals and found many things missing, like sharp knives and proper grill equipment. We were also surprised that there were no basic cooking items like salt or sugar, or even oil or vinegar. In better accommodations, these are usually provided. We had to buy our own dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid, which seemed unnecessary for just a few uses. The stove didnt work well, and the fridge leaked water on the floor every day. The couch was old, and the outdoor furniture and other equipment seemed worn out. The surroundings of the villa could be better cared for.Final Thoughts: Given the price point, our expectations were higher. The numerous small issues cumulatively impacted our stay. While the villa has great potential, the lack of attention to details and maintenance would make us consider other options in the future. As it is, there are better options available for less. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improvements could transform this villa into a truly exceptional place to stay.

  : Lovely position Spacious Good sized pool Close to beach Lovely BBQ area to sit and eat in Easy walk to Latchi and bars and tavernas Eve sent very informative message prior to our arrival Marcel the caretaker and Phillipa the cleaner sorted out any minor problems very promptly Let us have a late check out as we had evening flights which was so helpful We all enjoyed our stay
  : Could do with a bit more clothes storage in bedrooms A few extra hangers in the wardrobes and a chest of drawers and mirror in the one bedroom would have really improved things

  : Quiet area, the garden and location to the sea .Nice size rooms and storage.Great pathway along the coast to taverns and Latchi Harbour
  : Kitchen was very small, basic and needs updating, no bin liners, bbq to small to cook on , master en-suite very tiny( had to slide the door closed to use the toilet)Pool needs attention, loose and broken slabs.

  : Superb location, 20 mins walk along lit path behind beach to Latchi harbour. Or 2 mins in car, loads of parking. Lovely villa with pool, good facilities, very peaceful. Latchi, nice marina, usual boat hires. Restomare restaurant truly excellent. We would certainly consider staying here again.
  : perhaps a little jaded at end of season, but everything we needed
