  : Nice and specious with a stunning view of Litchi. The villa location is perfect as it is the last building on the street which makes it rather secluded with an open view to the Vally. The villa is modern and furnished accordingly. Pool area offers a few sitting areas. The pool and the garden are well maintained. Communication with the owners was also great. They were really responsive and replaced a broken microwave within a few hours.
  : 1. There were ants in the kitchen and the living room. As half of them were dead, it seems the house was treated, but the other half do bite. 2. I was disappointed to discover that the sitting area above the spiral stairs doesn't features the sofas pictured in the listing. Instead, there are 4 pink plastic chairs. 3. Kitchen can be better equipped. There were only 5 teaspoons.

  : We liked the location of the property. We liked the view from the property. We liked the pool and pool furniture. We liked the beds. We liked the tv and access to sports/film channels. We liked the fridge.
  : The host did not turn up on our first morning as stated in the welcome folder (the host did not turn up at all). The safe did not work. Some glass doors/windows did not lock. Toilet seats were loose. The shower tray was dirty. The kitchen work surface was dirty. There was no cloth/brillo to clean dishes/wipe surfaces. The sofas were grubby/stained.

  : perfect location overlooking the bay over Latchi and Polis from up on the hill. Very quiet accomodation location although Latchi very quiet at the end of the season - fine for me

  : For us, the location is perfect. You do need a car but you would in this area generally to get the most out of your stay and the wonderful nature. The friendly and helpful lady who runs this villa and the other Eprite Imagine villas on the complex is fantastic. She went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, and we had everything we needed. When staying here, dinner at the nearby Kouppers Stone Castle taverna just 10 mins walk away is highly reccomend too!
  : Only one tiny grumble. The pillows were too soft!

  : Fabulous views from the house, loo upstairs drips making the bathroom floor always wet. Some of the kitchen plugs dont work, not huge complaints but things that could have been sorted had the agent come to the house during our week long stay.
