  : STOLEN things!! We got engaged during our holidays in Italy. We are 100% sure our things was stolen in this hotel. There was 50+ mosquitos in room and we have asked reception to do something because my fianc has alergy, room service came to poison it with spray. After that we missed engagement ring, airpods, jewellery, and it could happened just in this hotel because we had it before room service came. Reception was rude saying it is not possible that it happened in this hotel, not even tried to comfort us after our loss. Told that in 10 years nothing like that had happened. This accident I believe will not be included in their theft history, because they Ignored our loss. We asked to call the room service person but they refused, saying that its pointless. At least they would tried to comfort us and at least fake the help, but it seems for them was more important to stand for hotel image saying its impossible what we say. They told that it is our fault that things were not in Safe, but if they say this hotel is safe and its impossible what happened - its not an argument. Take extra safety measures when coming there, use safe, nobody will help you or at least comfort you.

  : The stay was great! The food was awesome and the staff at the restaurant was very welcoming. The pasta lady, the vitelo grill guy and even more the guy that have been in Rio were especially welcoming. The hotel is by the beach, there are beautiful fields with flowers nearby and the whole stay was peaceful.
  : The all inclusive option here on booking does not include the spa. Apparently it includes the spa only in high season, but this was not clear on booking. Also one of the toilets in our room had some kind of pipe issue, so the "relieves" from someone else appeared in our toilet.

  : The staff is super friendly and helpful Amazing food experience Rooms always clean The whole resort is green and clean, with some rabbits hopping around Different possibilities to enjoy and relax (three pools, beach, wellness activities and entertainment)
  : The usage of plastic glasses overall produces lots of waste. Would hope they recycle them. At times, too much of entertainment luckily one has different ambients to escape ;-)

  : Absolutely nothing. The sauna in the spa was okay but that was it.
  : Everything. It was unclean, it was nothing like the pictures, the staff were incompetent and rude, the food was awful, half the advertised facilities didnt exist, it was shabby, old, unclean & falling down. The air con leaked continually all over the floor between the bathroom & the bedroom. I slipped on it twice. The sink & shower didnt drain. The jetty was broken, there was no sand on the beach. The robes in the bedroom had dried on dirt, we had ants on the bed on more than one occasion

  : Food fantastic lots of different fish. Resort out of the way cant walk anywhere but good shuttle bus. Always a sun bed and lots of areas to relax in. A few staff friendly and helpful, especially in restaurant
  : Cant walk to anything. All inclusive drinks poor selection. Ran out of Baileys ( supplement cost ) on first night and never replaced . Obviously winding place down for end of season. Some staff rude others very friendly. Shop never opened. No information if you werent in one of the many coach groups

  : The hotel facilities were good., as was its close proximity to Polignano a Mare.
  : The hotel should state that all meals are buffet style. We would have found someplace else to stay had we known we would be dining in ala buffet.
