  : Not bad location, great having a pool but overall not worth the money.
  : We had a standard double room with view. First thing that should be clearer is that these rooms share air conditioning which means there is 1 control in a common area for all 3 rooms. We had someone staying in one of the other rooms that kept putting it at 29 degrees because she didnt like the cold. We could not sleep at all and every time we changed it yo 23 degrees she changed it back. It was 36 degrees outside - this was august. I have never stayed somewhere where you have to share air conditioning with other rooms. The balcony is not yours it is one balcony divided into 3 small parts with plastics divider. See photo. Everyone can access your section so the lady next to us kept coming and sitting in our section (dont know why and wouldnt stop doing it). The description says you get bathrobes, wine/champagne and daily housekeeping but you dont. When I asked about it they didnt respond back. No information is given apart from how to access your keys. Had to follow up to get wifi info. If we booked in and these things werent on the list of inclusions thats fair but they shouldnt advertise things that are not included or falsely lead people with information such as air conditioning and balcony. In fact there are a lot of things on the list of facilities that are not there. We ended up asking to move to our own air con room or get a refund it was so bad. They gave us an apartment (1bedroom) which was better but the top cooker wasnt connected, there was one saucepan and that was it to cook with, no cooking utensils so if we had paid $3000 AU for a self contained apartment we would not have been able to cook at all, the hot water broke, the shower would almost flood because of the terrible drainage and the neighbours were nude ALOT. Very poor overall experience for us and for the money you pay it is no way worth that price.

  : Once we found both rooms it was fine.The apartment 2 was the better room with a kitchen, sofa & a private outside area.
  : When we arrived we were let in by 2 people, communication was poor. We were given 2 keys. We found the first room easily. The second room said Apartment 2, the 2 people present didnt know where Apartment 2 was. They spoke to the owner who said a video had been sent via WhatsApp. No such video had been received. Eventually we were helped by 3 Italian speaking Belgian ladies who phoned the owner & described the location of apartment 2. A lot of time was wasted! The next morning breakfast was by the pool. We were there about 8am but by that time some of the food that was apparently present earlier had gone & what was left was limited. The ladies present gave us a cup of coffee, there were still fruit juices left but no clean glasses, so I washed a glass myself! Im sure I could have asked one of the two ladies present to wash but communication was difficult so I thought it easier to do myself.

  : I can't say I didn't like it the communication with the host. She speaks a little bit of English so we had to use Google Translate activity.

  : Theres no drinks options in the hotel that was very bad and the stuff dont know English but they were good and we used google translate to communicate
