  : i can tell you what I didnt like about the property.The person who was in charge over there was very rude.he asked us to pay cash on the arrival even though we told him that we booked our stay through booking.comI told him that my card was already charged and the transaction was pending.He was rude and he still demanded to pay cash even though I tried to explain that we already paid.he said that he did not believe us and he accused us of lying.we had to pay him on the spot because we had no choice.The guy said that we can asked booking.com for a refund.that was totally bizarre and unexpected.I had never had any problems and I always booked through booking.com and that was the first time someone accused us of lying and asked us to pay cash.I do not recommend this place because of the very bad management.

  : A pretty building surrounded by forest. The staff was nice.
  : The staff only spoke Polish (which was not such a great issue for us as Czech is similar enough to Polish to allow limited communication, but may be a problem for some people). If you come with a dog, they will put you into a "special easy-to-clean room" which was different from what we booked and was next to the hallway, so we heard people coming by all the time, which made our dog bark.
