  : Room did not have an ocean view, which I had asked for and called about but said the motel was on the ocean side so that is ocean view. We had one window that was facing the parking lot. the bathroom did not have a sink in there, it was tucked away in the bedroom corner. no safty bars in the shower/tub. i needed help getting in the tub to take shower and someone to hold on to so I didn't slip. the dunes were so large and pictures don't show the dunes , very hard to walk to the beach. pools were clean and very nice. we had to leave early because the shower was a problem with me. and no room in the room to sit and watch t.v. a small beastro table and 2 plastic chairs,which my husband was afraid to sit on they might break. very upsetting, with the whole thing and would like to have some kid of a refund maybe for another place in point pleasent. n.j.
  : Did not like the room at all. no place to sit except on the bed or 2 little plastic chairs that belong outside. the shower had no safety bars and was afraid to take a shower.NO end table lamps (like shown( we had. a spot light on the ceiling only light in room .Room 311 (end room on bottom floor) , off the parking lot and next to the pool. No Smoking signs. but people ignore them and staff would walk right by them and not say a work=d. Sept 5-8 2023.

  : I paid for an Ocean View and what we got was a view of the pool, beyond that was the cafe deck then sand dunes. You barely could see the top of the ocean. The king bed was like sleeping on a plywood box so my wife and I slept on the pull down bed. Microwave was from the 70s and took 24 hours to swap it out. Ants in the bathroom. Hot tub had floaters in it. The room the indoor pool and hot tub was in leaked rain and the breakfast/lunch only cafe didnt even bother to open on Saturday.

  : The restaurant inside the hotel had delicious food. All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and my kids enjoyed the pool.
  : The building was a bit outdated and needed some repairs. It rained the entire time we were there and we noticed several leaks around the building, especially in the indoor pool area.

  : The property is a nice size and its close the boardwalk. Its grounds are kept very tidy and the staff is pleasant. The maid service was very nice and would tidy the rooms up and leave new towels every morning. The inside pools and sauna are a nice touch. We enjoyed the outside pools more and the plus is you can order food delivery. The outside pools are located across the street with plenty of lounge chairs. It is a convenient location and overall a pleasant stay.
  : The staff is not always available. The restaurant on site is pleasant but a little overpriced. They have a lounge with pool tables which is nice although the extra tables for restaurant service were always occupied or dirty. Also you are not allowed to use the tables for outside food delivery. I stayed in a corner room which was nice but very damp and smelled very musty. My parents stayed in a center room that had less of a musty odor so I suppose its all about the location. You are at the beach so dampness is s expected. The other restaurant across the street has decent food but limited hours and service. Beach access from the pools but no lounge chairs on the beach although the pool areas do have plenary of lounge chairs. Ill probably return for the location factor but my expectations will be different.
