  : The location. By the river Skurda, overlooking the Millennium Bridge. The restaurant and the very helpful waitress, Victoria, and the reception staff whose name I think was Stefan.
  : One of our room had cobwebs. The AC in one of the rooms did not work.

  : Its unacceptable that you have to wait 5 minutes with the water running for it to be hot, they even have a sign at reception saying this so it was not a temporary problem.. The room needed a lot of work done, it had pipes coming out of the floor near the window going nowhere, and the bathroom floor and walls had holes like they had repairs done there and didnt bother to close the access holes. The food at breakfast was not bad, but you only could choose one of the dish options and only black coffee and tea were included, you even had to pay for latte or capuccino.. There was music playing at the restaurant from 8 to 23, and you could hear that in your room.. and also every noise done in the other rooms.

  : Food was really good.
  : We were locked outside the hotel before midnight. There was no way, no door to get in. Also, we were eating at their restaurant and nobody told us they were going to lock the place. This is a 4 star hotel with no system to open the door after a certain time or a night porter. There's a bell but nobody answered since there was nobody at the reception. Reception is open till 3pm so after that time nobody will answer the phone. There is no emergency number to call. When we asked for an explanation the next day, the guy at the reception seemed like he knew this is a problem but there's nothing to do about it. I don't think this happened just to us but it looked like we were the crazy one telling them that this is something unbelievable. We remained outside for more than 30 minutes trying to find a way to get in and then other guests came and one of them managed to force a restaurant door. If it wasn't for him we would have slept outside having nowhere to go since our documents were in our room. Also, just few people speak English in Montenegro so it would have not been easy to explain the situation to someone else who could have helped us.

  : Awesome location right along the river. We were in the suite, which had plenty of space and a great fold out bed for our kid. Staff were so nice. You can tell the new owners are putting a lot of effort into the property.
  : While the breakfast is great, its a bummer that espresso drinks arent included. The coffee thats included is terrible.
