  : We spent 9 days in september in this apartment, unit for two was located on the ground floor. We pretty much had everything we needed for a comfort stay - comfortable bed, enought towels and bed sheets, completely eqiuped modern kitchen and bathroom with enuogh hot water at any time.
  : Not being able to get in contact with owners/hosts when we arrived in Petrovac was realy bad experience, since we had to wait for 7 hours in 35 degrees in summer for them to respond, with our baggage. Regarding hygene - all in all place was generally clean, besides some dust in bedroom and really sharp smell from bathroom. We also had realy bad experience becouse of the quests in apartment above us, we heard rant and screams every single day and night from that flat which was upsetting since it lasted for days.

  : Location of the apartment was good but Petrovac is small town so pretty any building have good connection to major needs - beach, restaurants, stores etc. Interior of the property was as described.
  : Check in was unexpected in a way that there was no one at premises when we have arrived and I said to Booking contact by the phone that I will go to the beach with family, so we will enter apartments later that day when we finish resting on sea side. Apartment owner called hour or two afterwards and I needed to go right away to take the keys so beach time was shorter for me then I planned. Payment was requested right away on check in. Larger issue then check in was flood into apartment because Petrovac was rainy during stay. Water from front door entered in premises so we needed to use all towels to dry floor. Apartment owner offered to bring new towels next day but that never happened. Everything could be managed in much better manner.

  : This is a scam. Booked the apartment and traveled there but there was nobody at the apartment and the phone is off. no reaction to messages thorough booking.com as well. Was told by Booking.com that I have to keep contacting the owner to ask for a free cancellation ?! I shouldnt have to worry about paying for an apartment I couldnt use and should actually receive a compensation for the hassle and not be bothered any further :(.

  : Location is perfect - near beach! Its ideal for 4 people. Enough space and has all you need!
  : Communication with the host was terrible. First they werent respinding to my email/messages regarding check in.. I managed to find another phone number and it was hosts mum..she help and was responsive. Later we couldnt agree on the moment when she will pick the money and at the end her mum came at the moment of the check out.

  : There are really just few good things to say about this place. The location is good if you do not mind goung down and climbing 102 steps on the stairway to the beach.The furniture is as on the photos, everything is nice and photogenic on the surfface, while being a complete mess in reality.We stayed 15 days in the ground floor apartment, just next to the garage entrance, with a 7 year old daughter. It all started with difficulties when the contact person Ivana did not reply to our calls and messages for days, but it got better when the owner of this apartment, Milan, greeted us promptly, and apartment was available in the early morning when we arrived. He was nice and wellcoming, regestered us in the police, but took the money for the whole stay from us in advance imidiatelly. He did not bother to show up again during all 15 days, and to face us when I informed him about the condition of his apartment.
  : This particular apartment is one DIRTY place, that has not beent properly cleaned since the building was made. But even worse then filth, is the MOLD. Everything stinks on it as the whole building has been done badly, water plummings are horrible, water is leaking everywhere. The few towells they provide stink of mold, as well as everything else.When there were heavy storms and rain for 3 nights, THE WATER WAS ENTERING THE APARTMENT FROM THE OUTSIDE, on the front door, so we had to stay allert and pick up that water so id does not enter from the hallway to the rooms! A complete nightmare... Thank God that our daughter does not have asthma, an ill child could have not stayed there for even 1 night, as since the owner took money in advance it would not be possible to move somewhere else.This is by far the worst experience we had with hollyday bookings in Montenegro.

  : It was really nice apartmant with astonishing view!
  : We had absolutelly awfull experience with the owner. First we could not contact him to check in. He didnt answer our calls or message. We waited two hours next to the building to check in!Later on he didnt responded to our messages and calls thourghtout our whole stay, all we got was a quick message at the time of move out to leave money on the table.

  : Amazing sea view. Very good condition of the apartment. Petrovac is one of the best towns on the Montenegrin coast.The owner is very kind and responsive.
  : The preparation of the apartment could have been more thorough. It would be great if the apartment had a set of basic hygiene products and household chemicals. There is no lift in the building, so it would be hard to live on the last floors with small kids.
