Please inform Śnieżka Exclusive Apartamenty in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 40 per pet, per night applies. Please note that this property can only accept a maximum of two pets at any one time.

Cash is not an accepted method of payment.

Please note that only prepayment or prepaid cards are accepted.

For Deluxe Apartments: a damage deposit of PLN 500 is required.
For Four-Bedroom House and Five-Bedroom Villa: a damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required.
