: Most of the staff was great and helpful, just had a run in with one of the staff members. The location is great, not too much traffic and within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The daily massage was nice. The dining staff was very helpful in arranging food to fit my allergies.
: One of the staff members made an indecent remark in Polish towards my wife, not knowing that she does understand Polish. The worst part of it, was that he then tried to deny in an agressive way instead of just apoligizing and stating that it would not happen again ( as is to be expected). I'd say a lesson for the young staff member.Next, the Wi-Fi was the worst I've ever encountered since the 90's. Even no 4g available. Had to drive to another location in central Pobierowo to be able to work online. Most had to be done in off-line mode. The staff did try their best to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. On top of the above, during our week stay, we had to request clean sheets midway through our stay. One would expect at least a set of clean sheets every two days. Same went for towels. No vacuming happened during our whole stay and I'm not sure if it happened before we arrived as we could see the previous occupants had eaten pizza on the balcony. And last, much of the yoghurt and fruit at breakfeast was not replenished when finished. It was a "get it while it lasts" situation.
