  : The location was very convenient for university and the town centre. Lee met me at check in and helped carry my luggage up to the property, which was much appreciated. The apartment was very clean and well decorated, with lovely touches such as blankets on the sofas, handy condiments and kitchen items. The shower in wardrobe was fun and I liked things like the intuitive lighting in the bedroom. You also have some brilliant views from the windows-it's worth the stairs!
  : We experienced a power cut and at the start the boiler needed resetting, however Lee was responsive to both these issues and they were quickly resolved.

  : Location was brilliant for the centre of Plymouth. Having parking was a massive bonus. It was quiet which was great.

  : The host was very helpful, he met us a little way up the road as there is nowhere to park at the front of the property and directed us to a parking area.The apartment has a nice lounge area and kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave and a modern cooker.The bedroom is basic with a very comfortable bed.There is a washer and dryer at the top of the stairs and plenty of towels provided.A bottle of cider, beer and nuts were in the fridge from the host which is a really nice touch and very needed after climbing the stairs.The shower in the cupboard was a different experience, the bedroom also had a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of space.We had a hot water issue which the host resolved quickly
  : I think the host could put a little more in the description for this property..The area is not great, taxi drivers were telling us to be careful at night which concerned us.(This is a student area).The house is undergoing renovations so the first impression on arrival is awful with dust everywhere, I know this is billed as an attic apartment but as a 66 year old I was not prepared for the amount of stairs, I think 3 flights or around 66 steps. With luggage this was hard for us and we don't have any health problems.The front entrance door has no glass in it and the main front door was left open so security was a problem for us.The description says that the property is close to the Barbican with sea and river view which gave us the impression it was very close (should have researched it better)We were also told by the host that it was a ten minute walk.We walked to tha Barbican and it took around 20 mins going, coming back is all up hill and took us 40 mins so it was taxis for the next couple of day. The apartment needs some paint to cover the filler that has been done, and the work surface around the sink is going rotten.There is only the bare minimum of plates and cutlery, two knive and forks and two dinner plates.The door handle came of on a drawer and there was no door handle on the kitchen door. Light bulbs are missing in the lounge cooker hob light not working and no door fronts on the fridge and freezer.Nice touch to have Netflix but no Freeview TV Description says an apple computer is in the lounge but only the screen is there it's not connected to anything and no keyboard.
