  : Fastest check-in ever. Congratulations, as we were travelling for hours! Friendly staff. Everything at our service.
  : It was raining all night, and the electricity of the area shut down at dawn. Emergency lights should be installed in the breakfast area, and a generator for minimum supply should be installed.

  : Not much - check in went ok. But the entire lobby smelled like a cigarette ash tray. I went to car to get luggage and my wife went to the room. She was very distressed when I go to the room. She found the toilet seat up and there was brown liquid in the bowl. I got to the room right after that discovery, we had been traveling for 15 hours and wanted to get to sleep. We decided to stay - I unpacked the suitcases - my wife turned down the sheets on here side of the bed and it had clearly been slept in on that side and there was makeup on the pillow. We should have left but decided to stay as there wasn't a lot of options. Next discovery was the floor in entry way and sticky - I travelled for business for 45 years - experienced thousands of hotels - this hotel is in the 3 worst ever. The other two weren't in the US - they were in 3rd world countries.
  : See above - the cost of the room was much higher than it should have been but the rating on your website "Booking.com was high so I decided it was worth it. The value to price was lowest I have ever experienced - effectively zero. It's a disgusting hotel and IHG / Holiday Inn should get there name off it tomorrow.

  : Our room was not cleaned. There was trash still on the desk and in the garbage cans. Used towel was hanging in the bathroom. Not sure if the bed linen was changed either. The air conditioner was not working and room was 80 degrees upon arrival. We had a 9 month old and was not comfortable putting her down on the bed. Was not worth $150.00. We had to wait past 3:15 for the second room to be available.
