  : The location is very convenient; multiple highways pass through here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. One young man helped us by fetching a luggage trolly when none were available. Our view from the 6th floor was panoramic. It was mostly quiet, totally at night even though we were not far from a few major roads. Large bathroom. Fun elevators with glass. Large atrium lobby.
  : Where do I start with the room? As a Hilton's Honors Member I was shocked and disappointed and sorely offended that I was given this rundown and actually skeevy room. For the cost I expected better and when I stayed here a year and a half ago it WAS better. The furniture was old and chipped - the lamp bases especially. I've seen better in a Budget Motel. The bathroom was mostly clean, but the carpet in the room and the hallways was dingy and had the feel of being on its way out. Fortunately we always bring slippers when we travel because those floors were not touching even our socks! In the 4 nights we were there the carpet in the hall had the same dirt and bits on it, proof that it had not been vacuumed once. Walls in the room were dingy and dirty and the vent was caked with dirt. Carpet was peeling off the baseboards and there was a gap heading into the closet. This was the smaller room associated with an adjoining room and had a pinch point so it was hard to get your luggage through. Why we were given this unsatisfactory room when the hotel was not busy is a mystery. The sheer curtains had two burn? holes in them as if someone had been smoking in the room. Breakfast was not free; most times I've stayed anywhere over the last few years there is a free, simple breakfast. Fortunately we had other plans, but it would have been nice to get something quick. Coffee was free, but pretty much hot, brown water with zero coffee taste. Will never stay in this place again and Hilton should be embarrassed to offer a room like this especially to their members.

  : The room was not tidy or clean. Entire hotel reeked of marijuana. And when I got to my room the door was wide open - they reassigned me a conference room with a bed in it. Sheets were stained and they had already assigned the room to another person. Horrible experience!
  : Everything and front desk people were apathetic
