  : I was delayed due to transfer from the airport problems but receptionist contacted me to arrange a late registration
  : WIFI was not working ( a problem identified by other guests over a long period!) and this caused me problems as I was due to have e-communications and a TEAMS meeting which I could not undertake!!! For this reason, I would not stay in the apartments again.

  : I was able to collect the keys from reception on arrival. The pool and gardens were wonderful and well kept. The pool and surrounding area was very well maintained with lots of parasols and sunbeds. The Apartment was a little dated but served the purpose. great size, lots of space. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, lots of cutlery and crockery. The lounge area was spacious with a TV, (no English channels), dining table and very comfortable sofa which could be converted into additional sleeping space. The bedroom had twin beds and the one I slept on was comfortable. It also had two large wardrobes each containing a digital safe and spare bedding. The apartment had its own utility space with an iron and ironing board. the bathroom was a decent size, the shower was functional but not a very powerful one, however, it did the job. The balcony was spacious with an extendable airer to hang clothes and towels on to dry. The location was ideal for a 15 minute stroll to the beach but I much preferred to sit at the pool to avoid sand being brought back with me. the location is also perfect if you fancy a night out at the Yumbo centre, 2 minutes walk away. the staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners came on alternate days and did a great job, they replaced the towels when needed and made the bed.
  : Unfortunately Wifi is not included in the price. You have to buy it from the reception and although it's an ok price it was an additional expense I hadn't really budgeted for. And sadly, no English channels on TV.

  : Doors of apartments were constantly stuck. Gard to open with key.also electr8c went down for a day which was inconvenient. Apartments needto be upgraded painted. Pool was cold and I thought it was adults only.

  : Located near to the The Yumbo center and all the gay nightlife with the added advantage that the apartment didn't suffer from any noise. Easy walking distance for anything you might need including not far down to the beach if that's your thing. Playa del Ingles is a concrete jungle wherever you stay but the view from the apartment was pleasant enough looking over the lawn. Regular cleaning included and as always in Playa del Ingles the cleaners keep everything as it should be, they work hard and always friendly.
  : The furniture was old and not very comfortable, the sofa bench was covered in a single white sheet to cover the stains. The microwave in the kitchen didn't heat properly and needs replacing.
