  : Very quiet havent slept so well in years! Having the bbq and own pool was lovely. We had a problem one morning and the agency sorted within 1 hour which was great service. If you want to shut the world out and relax this place is perfect.
  : Its only minor but for us its a bit too far from the centre its a taxi ride each way or you need a car.

  : It had everything that you needed. Lovely welcome gifts. Quiet location. Very secure. Was not too overlooked.
  : Could do with a welcome pack of how to use things etc.

  : Location is great, nice comfortable house and clean pool. Friendly staff and quiet environment. Kitchen is full equipt. Parking right in front of the house. Small supermarket in 2 minute walk.
  : With small children you need to be carefull with the stairs in the house.

  : We called the agent from the airport and the agent was waiting for us on arrival at the property.
  : The property was the adjoining one and not the main one listed, The property is in need of an update. The en-suite shower controls were broken as was the shower door, all the fittings in the bath and shower were very tarnished, and there was an awful odour continously in the en-suite. The pool was supposed to be heated but was far too cold to go in except for the two days when the heat was turned to electric while the solar 'heater' was repaired. (not fun when we had promised our 2 year old a pool holiday!) The cooker only worked when it felt like it and there were no instructions for use of any appliance. There were rips in the material of the settee and In general the property needs a make over. On the plus side the flowers, fruit and wine we received on arrival were a lovely touch and the views from the first floor bedroom were amazing. The location is fantastic if you want peace and quiet but only 10 mins (by car) for nightlife. On the whole after a little work this would be a fantastic rental property.

  : Obnoxious neighbours who were loud and banging on our walls. No bin bags provided. Also would like a welcome pack.

  : Best supplied villa we have used. Lovely looking buildings and location, good parking/garage. Local mini-supermarket within walking distance. Within 10minutes drive of Los Cristianos and all local attractions. Really loved the place.
  : Some light switches and door locks could do with replacing.
