  : Territory. The hotel itself is pretty nice. It has huge green territory. There is a nice mini club area for the kids, with the playground and activities. Room. The room was suitable, even though there was not so many space in it. Our room had a small terrace. Food. There is a variety of tasty food. I personally liked the seafood dishes and pizza was so tasty! The food is served through the day, either in restaurant for breakfast, dinner or lunch AND in a snack bar near the pool. The hotel proposes good variety of drinks (soft, hot and alcohol). Location. The hotel has a perfect location, I would say. There are many shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants next to it. It takes 5 mis to go to del Camison beach. And on the other side you have a nice quay, also 5 mins walk.
  : It was always a challenge to find a clean plate in the restaurant as well as the cutlery. I had to take several of them till I find the clean one. The baby chairs were always dirty. It's obvious that the kids are throwing food everywhere, but that would be nice if I could take a clean chair for my child without any food on it. I had to clean it always on my own before the eating. And after the eating (this is not to the hotel but a note to parents: PLEASE CLEAN THE CHAIRS AFTER YOUR KIDS, at least from big parts of food. It's not a big deal). But of course if the chair stays all dirty, I expected it to be cleaned by hotel service, and that was not a case in this hotel unfortunately. The room towels really need to be renewed, meaning not the day to day change, but changing all of them to new ones. They are grey and some of them are rather thin because of very long usage. It would be nice to have a normal shower cosmetics, like small bottles or the ones that are attached to the wall, rather than sachets. Internet is just bad. You need always to log in to the system, that happened up to 10 times a day, so it was just annoying.

  : Great place, great value, spotless clean and well maintained. Facilties and pool area were top class. Staff were friendly and also on top of everything
  : Air conditioning was missed a bit because we arrived in a heat wave, but that's a good complaint!

  : Great hotel with very friendly multi-lingual staff. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed. Plenty of choice of buffet food each meal with different selections every night. Lovely grounds with a choice of pools; people still try and bag a lounger by putting towels on first thing in the morning but really there's no need, plenty to choose from in various locations. The animation team do a great job getting folk involved in activities around the pool and there are different shows each night. All in all, a fantastic family hotel.
  : Wifi around the pool could be a bit patchy.
