  : Its a bit out of adeje, so not much going on around the hotel but it didnt really matter for us

  : PERFECT swimming pool and slides for the kids. Everything is a short walk distance. Entertainment team was very good for morning and evening activities for kids. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
  : You need to pay for your drinks at lunch or dinner ( including water, juices and any soft drinks) . The food is mediocre. Towels for the pool often are hard to get.

  : Beautiful views, nicely designed spaces, not too big though so its ideal for families with small children.

  : Not 5 star , more like a 3star , buffet was terrible, booked all inclusive for 2 nights , was told that could only eat in 1 of the restaurants on site if booked for 3 nights .. also booked a double room , had 2 single beds put together which kept moving when sleeping in the middle of the so called double bed the infinity pool had no bar near it , and no bar service , so had a long walk and queue every time needed a drink , there was no atmosphere as there was either no music or very quite music being played , the tv in the room didnt have youtube unless you connected your phone and mirrored it to the tv , this didnt work and was told its a fault with my phone , tried 2 phones and an IPad , still didnt work , reception did send someone to try and rectify but came and had a look and said he would return in an hour , never came back when calling reception again regarding the issue , I was told it was a fault with my phone .. dont understand why they could not just connect the smart tv directly to YouTube, Ive since connected my phone with no issues to my tv at home just to check whether it actually is a fault with my phone or if I was just fobbed off

  : - Good morning and evening buffets- Very nice atmosphere, friendly people overall- Location wasnt bad for travel to most wonders of nature. And great views from the terrace.- Spacious room with everything needed
  : - Cleaning was not very thorough. Roaches found and reported to the reception, but house cleaning left some dead ones in the room. - Housekeeping also took wine glasses that we had privately. Reception promised they would be returned but nothing happened.- Overall it doesnt feel like 5 stars. Its a good hotel and I would possibly book it again, but Ive seen significantly better in this price category.
