  : Very friendly staff made contact in advance. Sent on pictures and videos to gain access. Most professional and easy to lfollow. Swimming pool was very large and well kept. Two balconies, upstairs balcony huge!
  : Next door apartments not built yet, look like no construction happening for long time.

  : There is no sandy beach in Palm - Mar. You need to drive to Los Cristianos or other place.

  : immaculate apartment as were the complex common areas and pool.
  : Nothing really fitted our needs for a short break. worth noting this is a quiet area and a car would be advised to get out and about .

  : Nice apartement, great rooftop terrace, well equipped. Perfect for family with kids. Palm-Mar is great for those looking for a quiet family vacation. Location close to grocery stores, restaurants and the small local beach. Only 15min drive from the airport. Well, you do hear your neighbours occassionally, as mentioned in previous reviews, but that's kinda part of living in Spain and didn't bother us. Mostly resident families with kids around, so sometimes lively during the day, quiet at night. Would definitely enjoy staying there again.

  : The apartment is well located, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is only a 10-15 minute walk into the center and a few more minutes to the beach. We found the apartment very clean and there were plenty of towels, a quilt for the main bedroom and blankets for the smaller room with bunk beds.
  : The description that I read said that the apartment had a dishwasher, but it transpired there wasn't one. The upstairs terrace is lovely, but they seriously need to provide a large parasol or pergola because it got unbearably hot at times. The apartment lacked some minor things, such as liquid and fabric softener to wash clothes, and a bottle of floor cleaner. These things have been provided in other apartments we have stayed in on a short-term basis,

  : The apartment itself and the location were brilliant. Everything was very good except for one problem: the entire process of getting into the yard where is the building is not very easy, I needed help from the managers of the apartment and I must say the lady talking to me on WhatsApp was extremely nice and helpful, yet the process itself was not an easy one and the main issue there was this: You get only one key which is not very useful in case you are 2 people with 2 different schedules and you need 2 keys to get in the house and that key was good for everywhere, including the garage. Here comes the main problem: On the day when we left I had to have my mom hold the garage door for me because I had to go back in the apartment, leave the key on the table, and then go back to the garage and start the car. The inside door of the garage can t be opened without a key so here comes the problem! If you do not think about how to handle this issue then it can become a big problem because both ways to go out, through the yard or the garage door require a key which you have to leave on the table in the apartment. So this is an issue I do think the owners need to rethink and find a solution for. In the rest everything was brilliant, thank you
  : the fact that there was only one key so you have to be dependent on the other person schedule and also the fact that when you leave the apartment and leave the key in the house is practically impossible to leave the building, both the garage door and the yard door requires the key to be open
