  : Rooms are very clean. I asked before coming about some kitchen stuff and they gave me everything. You have to clean all stay by your self and use your own detergents and cloths. But that was ok for me. I was prepared for this.
  : I didn't like the customer service and safety aspect. We were very stressed there. You really need to close all windows at night and when you are out, to not be robbed even it's very warm ... One day we had problem with electrical contact. We came at 9pm and it was some smell of burnt plastic. We couldn't contact with owners by phone so I found Mrs Carmen in her room. But she only told me that tomorrow someone will come and see the situation... So we called fire brigade and ask what to do. Next day when we spoke about the case with owner in reception she reacted very aggressively she pushed us and threw us out of the office. We speak fluent Spanish so we could speak with owner without any problem. We are friendly and calm so we were shocked about this situation. That was many bad situations and they never apologize! Things can happen but it was very unprofessional actitud toward customer. We also notice that depends where are you from they treat you differently but when we mentioned it they accused us of calling them "racists"and that they would report us to the police. That's why they stopped talking to us . That was another crazy aspect we didn't like.
