  : The hardworking staff are great, and do a fantastic job under difficult circumstances..
  : The apartments have recently changed from Marola Portisin to Whala! Tenerife and it seems clear that whoever has taken control of this place has decided to go for a different kind of customer. Weve stopped here many times, and its gone from being a lovely place to stay, to a bit of a nightmare due to the gangs of drunks that they have decided to cater for. Its very noisy and theres a constant smell of weed. This is NOT the fault of the staff, who are great and who I feel sorry for. Its gone from being a lovely place to stay to a nightmare if you are over 30.

  : The check-in and check-out were quick. The staff was kind and helpful. There are many restaurants and bars nearby.
  : The furniture in the room was past its prime. There was neither air conditioning nor free wifi in the room. The entrance to the room is right in front of a noisy road and above a kitchen from which you can smell fried food early in the morning.

  : The staff was very kind and helpful. Specially the bartenders, they were very kind and full of life. The location is very good for people not on cars.
  : It was a bit dirty. The bedroom wall was really dusty with big clumps of dust and there was a stain on the pillow cover. The air conditioning was not working and the fans were kinda useless, very little efficiency in them.
