  : The shower room for ahead of a flight was so hot it was horribly uncomfortable and also not a normal room you would be provided with. Was communal!

  : When you walk into the hotel you'll notice how grand it feels. The pools are great and there were lots of sunbeds. The food was really good (some better than others) with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed the dinner show and Mike's Coffee Place. Also, being really close to the sea were perfect for rock pooling and walks along the shore. If you need anything sorted out, go to Guest Relations who are much more friendly and competent than the Reception Team.
  : Though the rooms were nice, I was underwhelmed especially for a 5-star hotel. Where some service from staff was good it was overshadowed by the poor service from the Reception Team and Waiting Staff in some of the restaurants. First of all, when we arrived we found the A/C not working. We contacted reception immediately and were told someone would look at it. The Maintenance Team said it was working disputing our claims and we asked to change rooms with the Reception Team not seeming bothered and telling us that the A/C would be the same in all the rooms. The room we changed to was much better than the supposedly "upgraded" room we were given due to us being on our honeymoon. Still the A/C was not up to scratch but better than the first room. The next day, someone from Guest Relations called and apologised for this and informed us there was a power supply issue and in fact the A/C was not working, we were given a complimentary meal at their Exclusive Restaurant. The service at the Piano Bar was shocking, it didn't help that they were understaffed. It's supposed to be table service but it took ages for anyone to come and take your order and they seemed to deliberately avoid eye contact so you couldn't get their attention. As we were aware of the poor service, my husband went to order the drinks from the bar (which took half an hour) and not one waiter came to our table! Overall, this trip was for our honeymoon and we selected a 5-star hotel for this reason. It did not live up to expectations.

  : Super location, well designed, plenty to do and easy to access. Food options are good, although limited if not a privilege guest, worth upgrading for more variety.
