  : The swim-up room with a semi-private pool was really nice! We shared it with one other room and they were respectful of our space which was nice. Being that close to the beach was also spectacular!
  : I was hoping for more out of this place. We have stayed at all-inclusive before and typically they are more out to please their customers. This place felt more like a cruise ship than an all-inclusive. First of all, the all-inclusive only includes the buffet dinner, which besides their olive bar was really not that good. Unless you're staying for more than 7 days, then you can select 1 night to eat at the fancier restaurant. They do not specify the 7-day rule anywhere, which was really disappointing because we stayed for only 3 nights expecting to be able to eat at the nicer restaurant one of the nights. In addition, their plumbing is a little strange, because it was very clear that we could smell other people's sewage... Most likely our neighbors. When we expressed this to the concierge, they said it was most likely our own... But it wasn't possible because we hadn't even used our own restroom yet. They did offer to switch us to a room the following day, but it was a much worse room and I was afraid we'd just have the same issue. Safe to say, I most likely won't be coming back here...

  : Reserving a table for dinner for our all inclusive stay through an app is unacceptable! especially when no one told us it's a Must - however, no available tables were found in yhe app! The issue was resolved with the front desk but made us a bad feeling and too much time apent on that issue

  : Worst price / value ever according to my lifetime experience Swimming pool (4 in total) closing at 6PM, this is just insane as this is the best moment of the day, and for us, the moment when we come back from our day outside (impossible to find a sunbed after 4 days). Opening at 10AM !!! Then, we can not find a real moment at the pool, except maybe 10 minutes after the breakfast, without any place to seat Kids can not jump, most of them are 1m40 deep, too much people, and the safegard apply strict rules Sunbed wars is terrible here. At 8AM, all the sunbeds are already booked, even if the swimming pool open at just 10AM, and the staff don't care everybody book them Only one restaurant for the breakfast, then if you arrive after 9h45, there is too much people. The place is quite expensive, but I really feel this is over-exploited, no luxury nor superior experience, not enough employee according to me regarding the amount of customers and the price asked for the place, even if the grass is really green and the place quite clean, there is a feeling that it is too expensive for what it is. Also the feeling there is plenty of facilities, but you can not really enjoy them, because of the over-exploitation and the rules. Really a bad value for me, or maybe I am not the good target for this kind of place.
