  : Traveled in a group of 3 females from out of town. We were locked out of the property around 2:30am. We tried everything we could to get inside the property and called and texted the management. Management did not care at all that we were locked out. Did not even follow up with us the next morning to ensure we were able to get inside the property. There has been sex trafficking incidents around that neighborhood since its a busy area. Informed management of my concerns and they lied to me even though you can find the articles online. I didnt have a rental car so me and my friends were just locked out waiting around to find a way to enter the property in pitch darkness. Was very uncomfortable and scary situation. Management couldnt care at all. Left us for dead. When I gave my concerns to them the next morning they truly couldnt care less. Just be careful here. They could be sketchy.

  : the key was where the support said it would be. The accommodation was as described & very comfortable. The convenience store just across the road was most helpful. Calm location. The support staff on chat were very quick in their responsiveness.
  : While it was easy to collect the keys; it did feel uncomfortable that the door was unlocked way before I reached. Being a female traveller - the feeling of security is key. It would have been better to have a lock box for the key so that the room stays locked till the guests arrived.

  : The location is AMAZING. There are so many places to walk to for shopping and eating.
  : The place definitely does NOT have a balcony. It's just a window with a guard in front of it. It felt almost sterile in a sense, which isn't TERRIBLE, but there was an unpleasant smell of bleach on the bed sheets. I definitely knew they were clean that's for sure. Also, the lack of travel hygiene products was kind of strange.

  : I like the location of the building
  : Provide more details and instructions on where the unit is located, step by step directions on getting into the garage and accessing the unit. There are no building numbers listed. There are no makers or signs that show the door numbers. The bed is literally broken and sunken in. My wife and I got no sleep and had the worst back pain the next day. We only received TWO washcloths. One each. Also the unit is described as having a balcony. That is a lie and fraudulent description. It was god awful and I will never come back.

  : I loved the location it had everything you could possibly need. The apartment was beautiful!!!!
  : I didn't like the bed it has a huge dip in the middle and very, very hard.. Me and my partner have bad backs, and so we didn't get any sleep. We also had to buy toilet tissue something that should have been there.

  : Bed felt like I was sleeping on the living room floor the parking situation was very inconvenient for me and my wife we had to park on the roof top level and our room was on level 1 long hallways we had to walk down to get to the elevator that only went to the sixth level then we had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the roof top level I literally went to Walmart and purchased a mattress topper for the bed so we could have a good night sleep I gave the mattress to our daughter because we wouldn't be able to get it on the plane just very disappointed with booking.com for booking me and wife to a Airbnb I was instructed when we arrive not to go to the leasing office just deal with them via text messaging we felt like we were staying there illegally never I didn't know that y'all deal with Airbnb and not the leasing offices so with that said I will never book with booking.com ever.
