  : The price.
  : The water for showering was cold, my car got stolen and I still havent gotten it back. The staff was unapologetic about the water being cold. It was just like a oh well. And no one seemed to care the car was stolen. Yet said its never happened in all the years blah blah. Horrible stay.

  : The front desk lady was awesome. I forgot her name but she was a young black lady. She was very professional.
  : The room has a bad smell, and I was greeted with a roach on the counter upon entering. I couldn't get comfortable with the smell and had to try and sleep with lights on because I didn't want any roaches to appear when turning lights back on. The bathroom was ok, not perfect. There was only enough towels for one person and I paid for more than one. We couldn't switch rooms because they were all booked. So we couldn't get out of the horrible smell. One of the picture frames were missing a picture. I will NOT be paying to stay here again.

  : Well, I was confused about staying there upon arrival because it didnt feel like a hotel. It was a bunch of kids running around and a lot of lobbying. I had a two queen suite and my room and the linens smelled old and musky, which made the entire room smell. Shortly after being in the room a couple of hours, my son discovered a couple of German coaches. We instantly grabbed all our belongings and jolted down stairs. Staff was very nice and tried to make it right by accommodating us with two new rooms and a free snack item from the store. Now, I wasnt going to leave a review, however one of the rooms we were given smelled of urine! By this time we were tired and just pushed through the night so we could leave in the morning. Worst experience I ever had while staying in a hotel. I will never give another Candlewood Suite my money.

  : Beds are comfortable
  : The hallways smelled like cooked food the entire time and there were people coming and going outside the front of the hotel having a party with drugs, alcohol, and loud music.

  : I just moved to Tx from Phoenix. The property is very clean and smells good when u walk in. Tyler checked in my husband and I in and was so kind and helpful. She was the best!!! All if the staff are friendly. The hotel sits off by itself which is great but there are a lot of shopping nearby
  : They provide free washing which is great but some residents will take your clothes out of the washer so you just have to watch your stuff or wash them later in the evening when it's not so busy. So that's not the hotel's fault. I did see a couple of roaches but again that may be from other guests living here for extended periods because hotel is really clean.

  : The first room we got , the ac didnt work. so we had to moved to another room with 2 queen beds. In that second room, I found a croach. Rooms arent clean.

  : I love how large the rooms were. I love the kitchenette, I love the closet space,and the overall quality of the room.
  : I did not like the pillows on the bed,they were extremely flat and very uncomfortable. The blanket on the bed was too thin,the hotel should offer you extra blankets.

  : The bed was comfortable. The staff was more than accommodating, and helped me without complaint.
  : The issue here is the smell. There is a definite smell once you enter the lobby, which only intensified in our room. The Carpet was the primary culprit I think. It was a Body Odor smell that was actively fighting a bad deodorizer.
